Full Time hiring is the most preferred mode of hiring by our clients, the candidate is hired on your payroll.
The hired candidates is hired as your employee for full time role and we do not have any intervention once the position is filled.
Contractual hiring is mostly preferred by clients workign as a service provider for companies invilved in project basis work.
The duration of contract depends upon the client. The hired candidate is on
clients payroll and is on per project basis.
This is the least preferred mode of hiring.
The free lancers are hired on First Connect Group payroll ans are paid on per project or per task basis.
